What’s on your plate?

Audrey's-dinner-tilapia-broccoli-mixed-riceThis is more food than I am accustomed to eating in one sitting, however recommended by my nutritionist. I hate feeling to full, so I usually eat all you see except the rice. She said I could double the vegetables as an option. What I noticed is that my snacking into the evening made up for only eating a 2/3 full plate. I have not gained weight but I have not lost any either. That’s bad news. From now on it’s a full plate of good stuff. If I feel full before finishing, I’ll eat the rest for a healthy snack. What’s on your plate?
